Our fees depends on the work to be done and the time we need to spend on the project. We will always give you a quote from the start based on your requirements.
how do you manage the project?
We have a number of partner companies in different trades that we work with. We have checked the quality of their work. The idea is to help you obtain the quotes and then manage the project for you. The different companies are paid in stages by you directly but we will make sure the work is done and report back to you before you make any payments. If you already have favorite companies you know we can manage them too. Our aim is to save time and money for you by managing your project on a regular basis locally. We can help you with the administration too.

Yes, we work with a number of agents and if you let us know exactly what you are looking for we can help you find your plot of Land.
can you help with planning permission
Yes, we work with Architects who can organise the planning permission for you.
WHICH REGIONS OF FRANCE DO YOU COVER?
We cover from Marseille to St Maxime and up to Lorgues area but it depends on the size of your projet. In some cases we can go further. We are based in La Londe Les Maures so the idea is to be within reasonable distance to the project to be able to manage on a regular basis.
